Hike Challenge!!!

Choose to conquer 1, 2 or 3 hikes

You have to finish your selected number of hikes in a 4 week period to complete the challenge and receive your medal. After signing up you have 12 weeks to attain your result.

Please follow these safety guidelines;

• Consult your health professional before beginning any exercise
• Make sure you have warmed up and stretched before and after
• Be well hydrated, not tired or hungry and take water and food with you
• Read up on your hike and become familiar with the flora and fauna you may encounter
• Be aware of what the weather is doing for your hike so you can be better prepared with wet weathers, hat, extra water etc.
• Choose a safe hike to complete your challenge, we advise you let someone know where you are hiking and what time you expect to be finished. Hiking with a partner or group is strongly recommended.
• Be equipped incase of an emergency, for example; take a charged mobile phone incase you need to make an emergency call, also TAKE A FIRST AID KIT
