Choose from 3 distances – 28km, 56km or 112km

You have to finish your selected distance in a 4 week period to complete the challenge and receive your medal. After signing up you have 12 weeks to attain your result.

Record your distance by logging into your account.

Remember to post your achievements on social media using the hashtags provided;

Please follow these safety guidelines;

  • Consult your health professional before beginning any exercise
  • Make sure you have warmed up and stretched before and after
  • Be well hydrated and not tired or hungry
  • Choose a safe place to complete your challenge, run with a partner or group if you don’t feel safe
  • Be equipped incase of an emergency, for example; take a charged mobile phone incase you need to make an emergency call, water incase you feel thirsty and a loud whistle to help ward off dogs and predators
