Cascade Brewery
Really enjoyed this 1½-hour tour of Cascade Brewery. Our friendly guide was incredibly informative and clearly passionate about the history of Cascade, which made the tour all the more interesting.
We finished with a tasting paddle afterwards, sitting back and enjoying the view across to the brewery — a lovely way to finish the experience.
We didn’t have enough time to stay for food this visit, but after seeing the beautiful gardens, we’ll definitely be back to spend an afternoon there with some food and drinks.
A really enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours in Hobart.
