Cradle Mountain trails
NewStars Elite’s ‘Tassie Tops’ event, is designed to complete a hike challenge in the changing terrain of the seasons.
Our 2024 Winter hike was at Cradle Mountain, where we completed the Dove Lake circuit, then had a lovely lunch meal at Peppers before continuing on to Kynvet Falls, Pencil Pine Falls and the Enchanted Walk.
We were hoping for snow capped mountains on a sunny day but got the usual foggy wet day lol, It was still beautiful, peaceful and the air was fresh.
