Kangaroo Bluff

A little piece of history with one of the best views across the Derwent\. We stopped by **Kangaroo Bluff Historic Site in Bellerive** for a wander around the old fort and to take in the views across the water towards Hobart.

Built in the late 1800s to help protect Hobart, there are still plenty of remnants of the old fortifications to explore, including the gun emplacements.

A great little spot to explore, enjoy the views and discover a bit of Tasmania’s history along the way.
