Prison Island
1 and a half hours drive from our hotel landed us on a small speed boat which took us to Prison Island, also known by 2 other names because of its history for slavery exchange, quarantining and fishing. It is now home to lots of old and young turtles.
Advice
The Habari Adventure package included a 4 day safari, followed by a 7 day hike to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and then 4 days in Zanzibar with adventures everyday (this being one of them)
